Return Request Form (Please include this printed form with returned item)
Use this form to request a return for any item purchased from Access Fobs Limited. Please complete all sections with your order details, product information, and the reason for your return. Providing accurate information helps us to process your request quickly and in line with our returns policy.
Please note:
- Our returns window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless faulty.
- Compatibility is the customer’s responsibility. All compatibility information is provided as a guide only, and Access Fobs Limited cannot be held responsible for incorrect fitment or items ordered in error.
- Some items are non-returnable, including transponder chips, gain entry picks, and products involving software or licence keys once activated.
- For items ordered by mistake or no longer required, return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original postage is non-refundable. A £3.50 handling charge may apply.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost once evidence has been reviewed.
- Our team will review your submission and confirm the next steps (refund, exchange, or store credit).
Important:
A printed copy of your completed returns form must be included inside the return parcel so we can identify and process your item efficiently.
