Postage & Charges
- For unwanted or incorrectly ordered items:
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- Original postage is non-refundable
- A £3.50 handling fee may apply
- If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- We will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost (once reviewed)
