If your order has not yet been dispatched (our postage cut-off is 4 pm, Monday–Friday), please call us immediately to cancel and receive a full refund or store credit.

If you are unable to provide the required information, you will need to return the item at your own expense. If the key is confirmed to be faulty after inspection, your postage costs will be reimbursed.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty. Only regularly priced products qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Products involving software or licence keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once activated or registered. This is because licences cannot be transferred or reused after activation. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms in line with standard industry practices and consumer protection regulations.

For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
For returns where Access Fobs Limited is not at fault (such as items ordered incorrectly or compatibility issues), the original postage costs and a £3.50 handling charge may be deducted from your refund.
