Training Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place on any training course.
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Customer Cancellation

More than 14 days before the course.

Customers may cancel and receive a full refund or transfer to a future course date.

7–14 days before the course.

Customers may:

  • Transfer to another course date (no fee), or
  • Receive a 50% refund

Less than 7 days before the course.

  • No refund will be issued
  • Customers may transfer to a future course at our discretion

Non-attendance (No-show).

  • No refund or transfer will be offered

3. Substitutions

  • Customers may send another person in their place at no extra cost, provided we are notified in advance.

4. Course Transfers

  • One course transfer is permitted per booking.
  • Additional transfers may be subject to an admin fee.

5. Cancellation by Access Fobs Limited

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:

  • Insufficient bookings
  • Instructor illness
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • An alternative date, or
  • A full refund

Access Fobs Limited is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.


6. Consumer Rights

This policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Customers booking online or at a distance have a 14-day cooling-off period
  • However, if the course takes place within that 14-day period and the customer agrees to proceed, they waive the right to cancel
