1. General Information
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We operate Monday to Friday only and do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed before our cut-off times:
- DHL orders: before 3:00pm
- Royal Mail orders: before 4:00pm
Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

All delivery services are provided by third-party couriers.
3. Collection (Local Pickup)
We offer a local collection option from our premises.
- Orders must be placed online prior to collection
- Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup
- Proof of order confirmation is required on collection
- Collection is available during standard working hours (Monday–Friday only)
- We do not offer weekend or bank holiday collections
Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification. We reserve the right to cancel or restock uncollected orders if not collected within a reasonable period.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are based on the service selected at checkout.
- Royal Mail Tracked services: typically, 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: next working day (guaranteed, subject to terms)
- DHL Express services: next working day (target service unless stated as guaranteed)
- DHL timed services (10:30am / 12pm): guaranteed delivery by stated time where service conditions are met
- DHL Saturday delivery: delivered on the next available Saturday service
- Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly stated as guaranteed by the courier.
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
Courier network delays or depot backlogs
- Weather disruption
- Peak seasonal demand
- Strikes or industrial action
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
5. Same Day Dispatch Cut-Offs
We offer same-day dispatch on all in-stock items:
- Orders placed before 3:00pm (DHL)
- Orders placed before 4:00pm (Royal Mail)
Orders placed after cut-off times, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by the selected courier service.
If your parcel is delayed or has not arrived:
- Please allow the full delivery timeframe for the service selected
- After this period, we will raise an investigation with the courier
- Courier investigations typically take 5–10 working days depending on the service used.
- We cannot class an item as lost until the courier confirms the outcome of their investigation.
We will actively support and follow up with the courier throughout this process.
7. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier:
- A replacement will be sent where possible, or
- A full refund will be issued, or
- Store credit may be offered
The resolution method may depend on stock availability and customer preference.
8. Responsibility After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed to the courier:
- The parcel is in the care of the delivery provider
- Delivery performance is subject to courier network conditions
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier operations or external factors
However, we will always assist customers in resolving delivery issues directly with the courier.
9. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Non-delivery due to address errors
- Additional charges for redelivery or returns
10. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service.
Where free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate standard delivery service.
