This Simulator is an direct replacement for the original EVL/ESL and can be rewritten to another vehicle. The ESL emulator is used for w204 w207 and w212 vehicles . It will need to be programmed and can be done easily with the XHorse MB Tool via OBD
Mercedes ELV/ESL fail because either the motor fails or the NEC locks. Both can be repaired using XHorse MB Tool, but this is not an easy task and can be very time consuming because you have to strip down an ESL.
